Rulers 2.0 - Basic Rules
Greetings, my liege!
Rulers is a tabletop roleplaying game of civilizations. As the governing monarch of your realm you will deal in the economy, politics, and military campaigns of your own nation as you guide your culture towards greatness.
The Basic Rules made available here are intended to provide a setting agnostic system that can be played as a standalone game, or as an engine from which you can build your own game using the Rulers System.
It is also my intent that Rulers - Basic Rules will always be available for free and online, in a wiki-style document. If you want to build your own game off the Rulers system, please refer to my License to do so.
